Es un lugar en el cual se ha vivido la mayoría de las escenas bíblicas tanto del Antiguo como el Nuevo Testamento. El concepto tiene una evolución evidenciada en las mismas Escrituras.

También es conocida como «La Tierra Prometida» , término que ha su vez da lugar a diversas escenas que han aparecido en la Biblia.

El nombre Tierra Santa hace relación a un hecho histórico y religioso de sacralidad de la tierra según el concepto judeocristiano. La «Tierra» se hace «santa» cuando entra en el plan divino de la salvación, de la misma forma que se habla de «hombres/mujeres santos» y «lugares santos». En tal caso, la santidad no tiene su origen en el «objeto o sujeto «, sino en la divinidad.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
